Autocratic Solutions does not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or investment recommendations. All tools are strictly for educational, informational, and automation purposes.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Autocratic Solutions provides software tools such as expert advisors, indicators, and utilities strictly on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee profitability, drawdown control, or success under any specific market conditions. We are not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of our products.

3. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading financial markets with leverage carries the risk of substantial loss. Users must evaluate their financial position, trading experience, and risk tolerance before using our software. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. All decisions and risk management actions are the user’s responsibility.

4. Payment and Licensing

• On successful payment, you will receive the digital product or license key

• License keys are non-transferable and assigned to a single user or trading account unless otherwise approved

• Recurring subscriptions, if applicable, will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle by contacting support@autocraticsolutions.com

• All sales are final. Please ensure you fully understand the product before purchase

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our products are delivered digitally. After purchase, customers will receive a download link or access instructions by email. No physical item is shipped.

• Delivery is usually instant or within 24 hours after payment confirmation

• Delivery will be made via email or your user dashboard (if applicable)

• If you do not receive access within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact support with your order details

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final:

• No refunds will be issued once the product or license is delivered

• Custom-coded solutions, upgrades, or consulting services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing before purchase

• Contact support before purchasing if you have any doubts or questions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and other intellectual property on this site belong to Autocratic Solutions. You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission. Unauthorized use, including cracking or redistribution, may result in legal action.

8. Technical Limitations

Autocratic Solutions is not responsible for technical issues including:

• Internet or VPS outages

• Slippage or execution delays caused by brokers

• Errors from third-party software or MT4/MT5 updates

Users should run the software on a stable system and monitor its performance regularly.
