2. Product Nature; No Financial Advice
Autocratic Solutions provides downloadable software tools, including MetaTrader 4 Expert Advisors and related setup guidance. Our products are software tools only.
We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or guarantees of profit. Any information on the website is provided for general product and educational context only.
3. Eligibility and Restricted Use
You are responsible for ensuring that access to or use of our products is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your own circumstances.
The product is not offered to residents of India. If local law, broker rules, sanctions restrictions, or platform terms prohibit your use of automated trading software, you must not purchase or use our products.
4. Orders, Payment, and Digital Delivery
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store or receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.
Our products are digital. No physical shipment is involved. After a successful order, your license key and related delivery instructions are sent electronically, typically by email. Delivery timing may vary based on payment verification and support volume.
5. License Scope and Acceptable Use
Unless we state otherwise in writing, each license is personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and subject to the account or usage limits described on the applicable pricing tier.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the software, documentation, or license-delivery materials except where applicable law expressly permits that activity despite this restriction.
6. Setup, Support, and Communications
We may provide onboarding guidance, product updates, and support communications through email, the website contact form, live chat, or our public Telegram channel. Support is provided on a reasonable efforts basis and does not create a managed-service obligation.
You are responsible for your broker selection, VPS environment, MT4 configuration, internet connection, and account settings. Support may require you to provide logs, screenshots, or environment details so a technical issue can be reviewed properly.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Because our products are digital and license delivery can occur promptly after payment, sales are generally final once the license or delivery materials have been issued.
If you report a reproducible technical issue, we may review the case and work with you on a reasonable support path. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after valid digital delivery may result in license suspension while the matter is reviewed.
8. Risk Disclosure and User Responsibility
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, or similar leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss. Past performance, back-tests, screenshots, or community feedback do not guarantee future results.
You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, account funding, broker relationship, configuration choices, compliance with local law, and all gains or losses arising from use of the software.
